II. Between them, dc1 vortices spin at 0.776 c. Uncountable, like eddies in a rapid.
III. Tilt costs most (c44). Line tension scales with ln(rv/rc).
IV. Shear costs least (c66). Rows slide; Tkachenko hardly resists.
